Und es gibt viele Fotos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#336699;\">London<\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#336688;\">London ist eine tolle Stadt, die ich fr\u00fcher regelm\u00e4\u00dfig besucht habe, allerdings leider zuletzt vor mehr als zehn Jahren. Deshalb gab es f\u00fcr mich viel Altes und Neues zu entdecken, und dazu noch die Nachwellen des kurz zuvor stattgefundenen Brexit-Referendums, &#8211;\u00a0 wobei in London mit 60 % mehrheitlich pro EU gestimmt wurde.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#336688;\">Die meiste Zeit verbrachte ich mit beruflichen oder SchspIN-Treffen, die ja auf ne Art auch beruflich <!--more (Weiterlesen - Read On) -->sind, nur eben anders. Siehe <a href=\"#LondonGirls\"> London Girls<\/a>.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#336688;\">Ich hatte eine g\u00fcnstige, sch\u00f6ne und ganz neue \u00dcbernachtungsm\u00f6glichkeit und Begegnungs- und Probenst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr ausw\u00e4rtige K\u00fcnstler\/innen im Nordosten Londons gefunden. Sie hat eine umfangreiche Umfrage zur Situation mit und ohne Kinder\/n in der Kreativbranche gestartet, die sie aktuell auswertet.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#336688;\"><strong>Jean Rogers<\/strong>, Schauspielerin. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.equity.org.uk\/about-us\/our-set-up\/council\/\">Equity UK Ratsmitglied<\/a>, ehem. Vizepr\u00e4sidentin, Mitglied im Women\u2019s Committee und im Stage Committee von Equity sowie in der FIA Gender Equality Steering Group. Unser Treffen war sehr ergiebig! Demn\u00e4chst mehr.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a name=\"LondonNights\"><\/a><span style=\"color:#336699;\">London Nights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#336699;\">Von einer britischen Berliner Kollegin (Danke, Kate!) bekam ich den Tipp <a href=\"http:\/\/greenrooms.london\/#\/home\">Green Rooms London<\/a>. Das ist ein k\u00fcrzlich gestartetes neues Projekt, das g\u00fcnstige \u00dcbernachtungsm\u00f6glichkeiten speziell (aber nicht nur) f\u00fcr Menschen aus k\u00fcnstlerischen Zusammenh\u00e4ngen bietet, die zu Besuch oder zum Arbeiten nach London kommen. In dem 1925 f\u00fcr die North Metropolitan Power and Electricity Company errichteten 3-geschossigen Jugendstilgeb\u00e4ude gibt es neben Einzel- und Zweierzimmern, Studioappartments und zwei Gruppenschlafr\u00e4umen auch einen gro\u00dfen Probenraum und eine weitr\u00e4umige Lobby mit neuen Ess- \/ Arbeitstischen, gem\u00fctlichen Sitzecken mit Retromobiliar und Raum f\u00fcr Vortr\u00e4ge und Ausstellungen. <\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5712\" style=\"width: 460px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5712\" class=\"wp-image-5712\" src=\"https:\/\/schspin.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/07\/greenroomslondon_kl.jpg\" alt=\"GreenRoomsLondon_kl\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-5712\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color:#333333;\">13-27 Station Rd, Wood Green (Foto: Green Rooms)<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#336699;\">W\u00e4hrend ich das hier schreibe hat vermutlich auch schon das Restaurant er\u00f6ffnet. Konzept ist, dass jeweils f\u00fcr sechs Monate Leute die Gastronomie \u00fcbernehmen, die beispielsweise vorhaben, etwas eigenes zu er\u00f6ffnen, und sich so schon mal ausprobieren k\u00f6nnen. (Als ich da war gab es nur Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und die gut ausgestattete Bar). Gruppenschlafr\u00e4ume sind nat\u00fcrlich sehr praktisch, \u00dcbernachtungen k\u00f6nnen auch (sehr g\u00fcnstig!) einzeln gebucht werden, aber nat\u00fcrlich auch z.B. in Kombination mit dem Probenraum von Gruppen. Kurz vor der offiziellen Er\u00f6ffnung am 19. Therefore, when I went there recently there were lots of old and new things for me to (re-)discover, &#8211; in the aftermath of the Brexit referendum, which showed a 60 % majority of remain-votes for the UK captial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#4d4d4d;\">Today\u2019s text is about this trip to London and meetings I had on SchspIN and NEROPA-business (<a href=\"#LondonGirls_e\"> London Girls<\/a>), and a new artists\u2019 hotel in NE London (<a href=\"#LondonNights_e\"> London Nights<\/a>). Our meeting was very productive. More on this soon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align:justify;\"><a name=\"LondonNights_e\"><\/a><span style=\"color:#4d4d4d;\">London Nights<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#4d4d4d;\">A British colleague from Berlin (thanks, Kate!) told me of <a href=\"http:\/\/greenrooms.london\/\">Green Rooms London<\/a>. This project was started recently to provide affordable accomodation and more for (but not only) artists visiting and working in London. The four floor Art Deco building was constructed in 1925 for The North Metropolitan Power and Electricity Company, it now offers single and double rooms, studio apartments and two dormitories, as well as exhibition and rehearsal spaces and more. The ground floor lobby with lovely vintage and modern furniture is another space for mingling with other artists and hold lectures or just have a drink or meal. <\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_5712\" style=\"width: 460px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-5712\" class=\"wp-image-5712\" src=\"https:\/\/schspin.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/07\/greenroomslondon_kl.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"GreenRoomsLondon_kl\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-5712\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"color:#333333;\">13-27 Station Rd, Wood Green (Foto: Green Rooms)<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"color:#4d4d4d;\">It is planned to change the restaurant operators every six months so newcomers who plan a restaurant of their own can try out their ideas. The rooms are affordable (for London\u2019s visitors, other towns in the UK or the rest of the EU are much cheaper of course).
